WHAT WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with TERRA, we may process your email address, full name, Instagram username, selected show, LIVE ACCESS request and decision status, communication preferences, and technical or interaction data needed to operate and secure the service.

WHY WE USE IT

We use your data to manage TERRA communications, administer LIVE ACCESS, assess and process LIVE ACCESS requests, manage confirmations and guest-list entry, send relevant service information, maintain security and prevent abuse, and — where you have authorised it — send TERRA news, releases, drops, invitations or other promotional communications.

LIVE ACCESS & INSTAGRAM

When you request LIVE ACCESS, your Instagram username is used only to help assess and manage that request. LIVE ACCESS decisions are reviewed operationally and are not made solely by an automated system.

If access is granted, the final TERRA guest-list record contains your name and email address. Your Instagram username is not included in the final guest list sent for event-entry operations.

LEGAL BASIS

Promotional communications are sent on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Data necessary to manage a LIVE ACCESS request or other service you initiate is processed in order to provide and administer that service. Where applicable, limited processing may also be carried out to comply with legal obligations or legitimate security and fraud-prevention interests.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for any additional period required to meet applicable legal obligations. LIVE ACCESS request data is retained for the relevant event cycle and for a limited period afterwards where needed for administration, security, dispute handling or legal obligations. Instagram usernames are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes. Marketing subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to retaining the minimum evidence necessary to respect and demonstrate that choice.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use technology providers to operate TERRA, including hosting, database, automation and email-delivery services. These providers act under the relevant contractual and data-protection safeguards and receive only the data needed to provide their services.

Current infrastructure may include Vercel, Supabase, n8n and Resend. Where processing involves an international transfer of personal data, the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law will be used.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or opposition where applicable, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

EMAILS & UNSUBSCRIBE

Every TERRA promotional email provides a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you promotional communications. This does not prevent us from sending strictly necessary service messages connected with a request or LIVE ACCESS that you have initiated.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy notice when TERRA, our processing activities or applicable requirements change. The current version will always be available here.
